Which wallet has the lowest TRX sending fees?

It appears that Tron, TRX is one of the few crypto currencies which is available in most microwallets and exchanges including indian exchanges which do not list litecoin.
While Faucetpay is charging a fee of 3 TRX for sending to crypto address, another wallet is charging 1.5 TRX for sending TRX. Since I am making a very small amount of crypto, I would like to find out if there is any wallet which is charging a lower amount for sending TRX to another TRX address. The wallet should also allow the user to swap crypto currencies, for example convert LTC to TRX at a low fee.
