Making money online has now become the order of the day. A lot of people now prefer working online to offline jobs.
Here are some of the reasons people prefer working online;
There is a better work-life balance with working online. When there is a control over your work schedule, it can help when it comes to attending to the needs of your personal life. The different tasks that need to be accomplished can be done and will be easier to balance when working from home.
Working online gives an access to a broader range of job opportunities that are not limited by geographic location. This can be very helpful for job seekers living in rural communities and small towns where there may not be many available local positions.
People who work from home halftime can save a great deal of money as things like car maintenance, transportation, and other related needs can be reduced or eliminated from one's spending entirely.
Working from home also leads to increased performance and productivity as they are fewer interruptions, less office politics, a more quiet environment and less meetings. Distractions are few and online workers have more time for themselves which leads to a greater productivity.
There is a happier and healthier work life with working online since stress is reduced and there is more time for hobbies and interests, improvement of personal relationships among other things.
What are the other reasons why people prefer working online?

When one works online, it means that they do not need to be in a particular place at a specific time; which means that their commuting costs are reduced and more employment opportunities become available. People can work from anywhere as long as there is an Internet access thus helping to balance between work and life better than the daily expenses of commuting. The web supports multiple job options including freelancing, working remotely, e-commerce, digital marketing campaigns, content creation for websites and blogs, and even establishing online businesses hence making it easy to find the right fit for personal abilities and preferences. This kind of openness in the labor market provides more alternatives fostering internet nomadism as a way of combining travel with earning money while on the go.

In my view the basic reason of shifting from offline to online is, pressure of offline jobs. Most of us don't like to go through that pressure. The boss, the marketing manager and finally director and M.D's pressure. Sooner or later employees have to face them and absorb their pressure. In my last private company M.D used to meet with every worker on daily basis and he started slapping to his employees.So people started running away and I given resignation because of this reason. Then I started working online where there is no pressure and all pressure I develop myself to work better and to earn better.
