Exercise is really good for us and doctors always recommend us to exercise daily. There are many people who never exercise and this leads to health problems. Unfortunately, many people choose to exercise but they exercise in an incorrect way. many people just go too hard on themselves during the initial stages of exercise. You should always start slow. While it is true that some studies do point out the beneficial effects of vigorous exercise, there are some other studies that show that vigorous exercise might be bad for you. The fact of the matter is that your body tells you when you go too hard. The main reason why you should not go too hard is simple. If you exercise vigorously without training your body, your body cannot endure too much pressure and it can do more harm than good.
