Why your muscles are not growing.

Some people are concerned about their body structures and so they sort out for ways to enhance it either by going to the gym to perform series of exercises like running on a treadmill and lifting dumbbells and barbells etc . or by staying at home to perform home-made exercise like push-ups , pull-ups , diamond push-ups , sit ups etc . Some people as a result of putting their body through exercise stress have successfully enhance their body to the structure they want it to be , this is due to the fact that they have strong genetics or a good testosterone level .

Other on the other hand , have also perform series of exercises but still there muscles are not growing . This is caused as a result of not putting some health factors into consideration for example your diet and your workout strategy . To effectively grow blood-pumping muscles your diet must be one thing you must put into consideration . Protein is said to be one of the major factors that consists of the human muscles , and so this simply means we must eat high proteinous food to enhance efficient muscle growth . Another factor listed above is our workout strategy . To effectively build muscles we have to spend quality number of time in our workout routine or in the gym . Hiring a gym instructor is also another way to effectively build muscle the right way . Another factor that we must not miss in our course of building strong muscles is "water" . Doctors and health analysts have made it known that water consist 70% of our muscles . So with this in mind , we need to drink enough water while building muscles .
 
Your muscles are not growing due to the fact that you don't do exercise.to have muscles you have to do certain exercise because that's the only way to have missed.you can also go to gym because they have more facilities that can make your muscle big .also eat fruits and vegetables that will give you the energy to do exercise
