There are a few ways you can make money working in a retail store on a monthly basis:

Hourly wage: Most retail stores pay their employees an hourly wage. The amount you can earn will depend on your experience, position, and the company's pay scale. Generally, entry-level positions pay minimum wage, while management positions pay more.

Commission-based pay: Some retail stores offer commission-based pay, which means you earn a percentage of the sales you make. This is common in stores that sell higher-priced items like jewelry, electronics, or appliances.

Bonuses: Some retail stores offer bonuses for meeting sales goals or targets. This could be a flat rate bonus or a percentage of your sales.

Overtime: If your retail store allows for overtime hours, you can earn extra money by working more hours than your scheduled shift.

Part-time jobs: Many retail stores offer part-time positions, which can allow you to earn extra money on a monthly basis while working a flexible schedule.

Tips: If you work in a store that provides services like beauty or grooming, you may be able to earn tips from customers. This is common in places like salons or spas, and can be a good way to boost your income.

Employee discounts: Many retail stores offer their employees discounts on the products they sell. Depending on the discount amount, this can be a significant way to save money on your personal purchases.

Flexibility: Some retail stores offer flexible scheduling options that can allow you to work more or fewer hours depending on your needs. This can be particularly helpful if you need to earn more money during a certain month.

Additional training: Some retail stores offer additional training opportunities to help employees develop new skills or take on new responsibilities. If you take advantage of these opportunities, it can increase your value as well as increasing your income.

Overtime adds an extra income for people depending on monthly income or salary, overtime always happens mostly on Sundays because Sunday is a free day for workers to relax at home, sometimes over time also happens after our normal shifting work so workers use the opportunity to work for extra income
