One goal is to make money. It's a common goal for many entrepreneurs. You want to make a profit, but you also want to do so without sacrificing the quality of the product or service that you're providing.

A second goal is to build a loyal customer base that will pay you again and again for your services or products. You want customers who appreciate what you do, who value your work and who aren't afraid to refer their friends and family members to you.

Thirdly, you want people who like what they see when they visit your website or shop with you on the web. Those people will likely buy from you again if they're happy with their experience and if there are no problems with their purchase or service afterwards. Your goals are the most important thing you own in business. They should be specific, measurable and achievable.
