Wearing Earbuds For Long Periods Can Be Bad For Your Ears

This reminds me of my aunt when the "Walkman radio" was popular in the 1980s. Many were walking in the street with a small earphone with the small radio inside the pocket. My aunt would say "you will be deaf if you continue using that radio earphone." Maybe she was right although it was not exactly accurate.

I am found guilty of this. And I am always hoping i won't have my ears damage some day. At times, I just look around to see how healthy we are even living especially in my country. If the noise of earpiece doesn't even affect your ears, the noise of generating sets around your areas can even damage those ears. We only need to take caution and go for check up regularly.

Early this Month I was traveling from a distance that was very far and we spent up to 12 hours on the road and I can assure you that all through the journey I was putting on my ear piece and listening to music. This was aimed at keeping me entertained all through to avoid boredom.
I had some pains after the journey in my ears and I agree that putting on ear piece for long, especially at high volume is not encouraging to our hearing as it could cause hearing impairment.
