When it comes to job interviews it can be one time that anxiousness sets in. But as a would be employee you would need to comport yourself to answer the questions thrown and argue out your points logically. But this will not be possible when you are trembling, scare or shaking. Doing these will send a wrong or negative signal to the panelists that you might not be the right candidate afterall especially if the job will be about placing you in a leadership position.
So how do you overcome this issue and comport yourself to show that you are ready for the job if employed
Start by maintaining a eye contact: You would need to look at the penalist to show that you believe in yourself and you can't be easily intimidated by people.
Avoid fidgeting: No body is going to bite you so avoid fidgeting it looking scare. Keep your face up and position well on your sit. Show that you have the confidence to help the company achieve it's goals
Take some breathing moments: You need to breathe and avoid looking tense. Just let everything flow naturally.
