4 Ways to Overcome Stress.

The mind wants something. Sees the rest as a burden.

1.What haunts man is his mind rather than others or events. In general, the mindset of people is one rule for self and a different rule for others. The basic neutrality of stress is the mind itself which brings happiness.

2.Humanity: Humanity is to love others as oneself. Sharing with others the role of suffering will enrich the mind.

3.Feeling angry can cause stress. Anger can lead to confusion, wrong decisions, and subsequent losses. All body parts are affected during anger. Overcoming anger is the key to overcoming stress.

4.When inferiority complex comes, man's life will also degenerate. Every human being is unique. No one is inferior to anyone.
