It is undeniable that in an organization or company there are employees who are undisciplined or violate company rules so that it will hinder and interfere with the performance of other employees, which results in delays in completing their work.

As a leader or business owner, you need to pay special attention to undisciplined employees. You also need to know how to deal with undisciplined employees to change them for the better.

1. Always At Work
As a leader, try to always be at work/office, but if you are busy outside the office, you can install CCTV connected to a smartphone.

2. Asking Undisciplined Employees Directly
Does the employee have a problem that makes him undisciplined? maybe employees become undisciplined because there are problems in the office.

3. Give Every Employee Rights and Give Rewards
As the leader of your company, you must be sensitive to the rights of employees that they must receive, such as salary, benefits, work safety insurance, so that they will be more enthusiastic at work and increase the concept of motivation from within themselves.
