Have you tasted crocodile burger or kangaroo steak? In one of our trips I found an eatery that serves exotic food like the ones I have mentioned. Pardon me that I will not identify the place for it might have a negative effect on them. In the picture is the fried deer meat and the cotton fruit cooked in coconut milk.
I am thinking of a business that would serve exotic food and even exotic drinks. A simple deer meat steak with fern and wild cucumber salad would certainly arouse the interest of adventurers. There’s also another salad that I make with salted egg, tomato, onion and fresh leaves of cashew. That goes well with fried wild boar meat. What’s good in this plan is because exotic food can be priced more than double of the ordinary food. That will surely be a money maker is there will be a big market.
