Anxiety is a normal event in our life. We sometimes have the feeling of nervousness or worry that might happen in the case of a bad event. Anxiety disorder is the excessive and exaggerated feeling of fear nervousness and worry about every day events. This involves the sudden feeling of intense fear or terror that can consequently lead to a panic attack.

But having anxiety disorder can be from hereditary source or people who has experienced life-threatening event of terror are prone to having anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorder can also be linked to underlying health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, respiratory disease, etc.

What are the signs and symptoms of anxiety disorder: some of the signs and symptoms of anxiety disorder are: the feeling of nervousness, panic and restlessness, rapid breathing, sweating, irregular and fast heartbeat, trembling having the feeling of tiredness and weakness and having difficulty sleeping.

Ways to prevent anxiety disorder: here are some helpful ways that can help prevent anxiety/anxiety disorder: stay active and participate in social activities, avoid isolating yourself, avoid the use of drug talk to your parents or seek medical advice from a medical professional.
