Avocado Face Mask For Dryness

This recipe will help moisturize your skin while reducing redness and inflammation caused by eczema or rosacea. You'll need: 1/2 ripe avocado; 3 tablespoons plain yogurt; 1 tablespoon honey; 1 teaspoon olive oil; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; A few drops of lavender essential oil . Blend everything together until it's smooth, then apply generously to your face for 15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
