Many experienced traders most times avoid doing their trades or trading on Fridays, Friday afternoons and on the weekends, on closing sessions, even on bank holidays, on Christmas days , and primetime TV events when major economic reports and news are to be released. Also as a forex trader avoid trading when you are angry, bitter even in times when you feel frustrated and exhausted.

This issue of looking for a particular time to concentrate your trading activity works but I do not read it a lot because most hard times it does not work that way and you end up looking foolish. This is why I prefer to trade with the news from the outside world .
