Can you Stay Active regardless of Weight?
Physical activity may seem difficult if you are overweight. You may get short of breath or tire out quickly when you start some physical activity. Finding or buying the right type of clothing and equipment for exercise can also be frustrating. Likewise, you may not feel comfortable doing exercises in front of other people.
The good news is that even those people who are overweight can overcome these challenges. Not only can you stay active regardless of your weight, but you can also have fun and feel great at the same time. Can everyone be active, you may think.
