How to stay active and motivated

We have to set small achievable goals for yourself.it can give a sense of accomplishment and help to feel more motivated to keep going.
It's also very important to try and practice self compassion and not be too hard on yourself when you make mistakes.
Another tip to use is to find something that you are very passionate about and you can use that as a source of motivation.
