Since the early days of mankind, people have been consuming a lots of foods. There are various kinds of foods that might feel really great to your taste buds, but actually they might be one of the worst foods for you. Sugar is one of those foods that might make you feel good for a short period of time. however, the fact of the matter remains that sugar is actually one of the worst foods for you. According to a few studies, even a small amount of sugar might increase the rate of fats in your liver. Sugar is also really harmful for your brain and it can have a really bad effect on your cognition as well. Sugar can even decrease your bone density and it can also be bad for your kidneys and heart as well. I can understand that sugar can be really hard to avoid because it is found in almost every kind of food. There are very few foods that could damage all these organs at the same time and sugar is one of them.

Hi, Good-Guy. Your post is very interesting and informative. I fully agree with you that sugar can affect almost all organs of your body.You should avoid sugar because it is so unhealthy for you and eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead which are a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Yes sugar is not too good for the body it's dangerous and very harmful to the health when taken in excess.when sugar is taken In excess it can also cause diabetes so don't take too much sugar.also don't take junks because junks contain sugar and also reduce the rate at which you take drinks also go for medical checkup to know the body state and condition
