Effect of milk consumption to the body.

Majority majority of people in the world today claim to be allergic or have a phobia for the drinking of milk . Milk as a natural food has a lot of health benefits and advantage to the human body . To have a long-lasting brain health and mental faculties is encouraged to increase the consumption of milk intake into our body . This is actually true , no wonder parents are encouraged and urged by health analyst and physicians to always give their children a glass of milk to drink each day so has to improve their brain faculties and properties to be more brighter and brilliant in school and at other personal activities .

For the building of stronger and not fragile bones in the body , the drinking of natural and pure milk must be encouraged . When I mean pure milk , I mean milk gotten from the animal cow and not any form of factory made milk either made out from almond or oat . Fresh cow milk contains calcium and calcium is responsible for the building of strong bones and solid placed teeth . The brightness and glowing of our skin could be made possible by the increase in the consumption of milk we take .

The main benefits of milk are related to its components: vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Vitamin D is essential for good health. Milk contains vitamin D (in small quantities) which helps in absorbing calcium. Lack of vitamin D leads to depression and osteoporosis which softens the bones.

Calcium is essential for building strong bones and teeth. Milk also contains phosphorus which is also necessary for this process. Lactose (milk sugar) helps in maintaining strong bones as well because it increases the absorption of calcium by the body. Another advantage of lactose is that it makes milk taste better.

Proteins present in milk help in growth and repair of body tissues and muscles. They also help in maintaining antibodies which fight against diseases and infections in our body. You should add it to your meal.
