The main purpose in which employees are actually employed in a particular business organisation or in a particular company Enterprise is for them to help out in performing organisational and company related activities and responsibilities, in other for the company and enterprise to grow and to develop, and at the end of the day and producer actually compensated for their good and benevolent attitude as well as activities in which they have performed in the business organisation. Gender shouldn't be a criteria in which a particular individual gets to be employed in a particular organisation or not. And basically what I am seeing these days, is that majority of business owners and employers are giving employment opportunity to only male individuals. Possibly because they have the mindset that new employees are not physically strong, mentally versatile, mentally creative, and more swift and fast in giving feedback about a particular assigned job or task. Moreover, to some extent this is not entirely true, and below are some of the benefits a business organisation stands to gain if its employs female individuals as well.

IMPROVED BRAND IMAGE: Companies that are seen as promoting diversity and inclusion are often viewed more favorably by consumers, which can lead to improved brand image and increased customer loyalty.
