Just like every healthy cheese has side effects, in the same way, consuming too much cheese also harms some people. There are many people who can get sick from consuming too much cheese. So check if you are also one of those people.

If you are a heart patient i.e. you have heart problem then you should avoid eating more cheese. Such people should stay away from cholesterol. If you want, you can consume low fat paneer that is paneer made from soybeans.

excess of cheese consumption increases your cholesterol level which is not good for heart health. Bad Cholesterol excesses in amount in the blood which causes the problem of blockages in the veins and thereafter a heart failure take place. So people must avoid the excess amount of cheese in their food.

Yeah , actually excess of any food is bad. But excess of cheese or paneer as it is called in India can cause heart problems which can lead to cardiac arrest especially in the people who are aged above 60. Any food which is rich in fats is never good for heart and should be avoided except in rare occasions like in parties or weddings.

Fat generally is dangerous for everyone even if you are diabetic or you have heart diseases it is always advisable that you stay away from unnecessary fat in your diet, most disease could be avoided if we always try as much as possible to eat as natural as possible .process food also may not really be good for the body.
