We must eat healthy food, because junk food or spices could badly effect stomach , and proper digestive system , it's became our daily routine to have pizzas and other stuff , due to which we face accne , pimples etc healthy food contain proper amount of vitamins, protein that makes our body strong and healthy ,we should aware of our diet , because saltyfood or spices can harm us like blood pressure is one of the common problem of today , we should take guidance from nutrition and take healthy food

Righ, for a healthy and strong body we need helthy diet, physical activities like walking, jogging or any other sports and also drinking a lot of water.

Hi Noor ahmed. Your message is really very nice. People should eat healthy food and if they combine healthy food with regular exercise, then they will be healthy. People should eat fruit and vegetables which are a good source of vitamins and minerals. They must also drink a lot of water to be hydrated and exercise daily.

It's very hard to find something healthy these days. Everything is grown with some kind of additives and it's very hard to find normal food. Even flour has some unhealthy properties that can affect your digestion. Eat, enjoy life, most importantly do not forget to take vitamins, which will help the body to recover.
