We must eat healthy food, because junk food or spices could badly effect stomach , and proper digestive system , it's became our daily routine to have pizzas and other stuff , due to which we face accne , pimples etc healthy food contain proper amount of vitamins, protein that makes our body strong and healthy ,we should aware of our diet , because saltyfood or spices can harm us like blood pressure is one of the common problem of today , we should take guidance from nutrition and take healthy food
