Heart failure are mostly due to inadequate supply of blood to the body because without proper supply of blood through the body it causes abnormal body function and heart failure can also be due to heart attack, high blood pressure, HIV, diabetes, congenital heart disease, anemia, heart valve diseases and irregular heart rhythm
Symptoms of heart failure
1. Fatigue
2. Irregular heart rate
3. Abdominal swelling
4. Loss of appetite
5. A sudden weight gain
6. Ankle and leg swelling
7. Persistent coughing
Those that have a higher risk of these heart diseases are those that smoke, eat foods that are high in Calories which causes excess fat to the body, and those that are not engaged in exercise and those that have diseases that can damage the heart
