How are primary value assessments completed?

You may occasionally be required to complete primary value assessments at work. This is a very important aspect of your profession and you should take it very seriously. These evaluations must be completed by every employee in order to make sure the company is upholding its culture and values.

This comprises:

- Carefully reading each question and fully comprehending its meaning to ensure that I can provide the most correct response.

- Recognizing any biases I may have and devising methods to counteract them (for instance, if I know that my predisposition toward perfectionism would cause me to say "yes" when a question asks whether or not something), if it was properly done, I may commend it by asking, "Did this individual give their best?").

- Making sure that each response truthfully expresses my opinions about the situation rather than those of anyone else (this can be difficult when answering questions such, "Do you agree or disagree with management's decision?").
Be honest with oneself when doing primary value assessments, in my opinion.
