We know that a biggest problem specially for women is obesity. I want to know that how can i loose weight. I know that exercise is the best solution of it. But i also want to know about other measures.
Hi. Hope you are doing well. Your post is very interesting because today almost everybody is interested in losing weight.
I believe that if you want to lose weight, you should exercise every day. Undoubtedly, exercise can improve your health and physical ability. There are various forms of exercise to choose from like walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, biking, climbing stairs or hills, playing tennis or basketball.
Personally, I like walking because it is an easy exercise and you can do it every day.
Apart from exercise if you want to lose weight, you should have a healthy, balanced diet. For a balanced diet, you should eat plenty of colourful vegetables, legumes/beans, fruit, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds, milk, yoghurt, cheese or their alternatives with reduced fat. It is also important to drink plenty of water. Scientists recommend eight glasses of water every day if you want to stay hydrated. Furthermore, fresh juices are very helpful since fruits are a very good source of minerals and vitamins.
In conclusion, a healthy, balanced diet in combination with daily moderate exercise can help you lose weight and be healthy at the same time.
