We know that health is wealth. We should take care of our health. If we are not healthy then we cannot work properly. For good health good food is necessary. If our metabolism work properly then we will be healthy. For healthy life we should start our day with luke warm water. After that we have to eat fruits and we can also eat light breakfast like brown bread etc. We should avoid oil and oily food and eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits . We should drink atleast 8 glass of water and we must have to take rest for about 8 hours daily. We should do exercise daily and we can also do meditation. For healthy life we must be calm . We should eat fruits like oranges, strawberries, mango, apple and we must take a bowl of salad which contain fruits and vegetabled that give us nutrients, protein , fiber etc. After that we should drink green tea daily beacuse it detoxify us and we should also eat cucumber use lemon. We should focus on our health and avoid all useless things like chips and other oily things beacuse they are a source of fat which lead to obesity.
