How can we stay healthy?

We know that health is wealth. We should take care of our health. If we are not healthy then we cannot work properly. For good health good food is necessary. If our metabolism work properly then we will be healthy. For healthy life we should start our day with luke warm water. After that we have to eat fruits and we can also eat light breakfast like brown bread etc. We should avoid oil and oily food and eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits . We should drink atleast 8 glass of water and we must have to take rest for about 8 hours daily. We should do exercise daily and we can also do meditation. For healthy life we must be calm . We should eat fruits like oranges, strawberries, mango, apple and we must take a bowl of salad which contain fruits and vegetabled that give us nutrients, protein , fiber etc. After that we should drink green tea daily beacuse it detoxify us and we should also eat cucumber use lemon. We should focus on our health and avoid all useless things like chips and other oily things beacuse they are a source of fat which lead to obesity.

The best way to stay healthy is to eat good foods, consume a lot of fruits and vegetables. The first step is to become a vegetarian, this will possible when you take only fruits and vegetables. The best kind of vitamins are from the fruits. This will make your body to have excess vitamin C and some vitamins that are beneficiary for your body daily activities.
You make sure that you maintain your body and eat best food that are balanced in nutrition. and also fibres which will allow your body metabolism to function very well, and digest food easily. Do not take solid food in the night in order to relief from excess cholesterol in your bloodstream. This will help your body metabolism to increase and perfect. This will help the blood flow from the heart to the brain easily. Drink lots water to digestion your foods, at least take like 2litres of water in a day. When you perceive any symptoms of disease in your body system, you should consult medical doctor for diagnosing and the treatment.

Today, people are more likely to have health conditions like diabetes and high cholesterol than ever before. People also have busy schedules and don't have time for a lot of different treatments for their conditions. What's healthy lifestyle? This can be your way of life. Ranging from how or what you eat, where you live or stay, your daily routines, what you drink. For instance because alcohol is a drink doesn't make it water that you have to drink anytime, try and discover those things you nee d to avoid, like weed, cigarette and other harmful drugs. Check the kind of food you eat, are they just filled with fat and cholesterol or starch , and not, protein , vitamins and minerals? Do you also do exercise everyday, for at least 30 mins.do you sleep well and how often do you relax, do you avoid things that will get you depressed? All this things you have to take into consideration.

It's true this things are not so easy, but start small, and the moment you do, you will like the outcome, so you have no choice but to be consistent.
