Plagiarism simply means copying of another person's contents or ideas claiming ownership of it. It's a copyright infringement, which is highly detrimental to a website growth. Search engines dislike plagiarized contents, which makes it not to earn from AdSense monetization.

Cos no AdSense Network or company will monetize a website that is marred with plagiarized contents, cos it doesn't add to their reputation, build up. That's why you see webmasters being very strict in plagiarized contents cos they know how how dreadful it is for their website growth.

And when plagiarists are caught by the original author, their website will be reported which can see it being terminated by it's site hosting company, and the contents can never appear on any search engine platform cos it's full of plagiarized contents.

If you write your own articles, you don't have to deal with plagiarism. If you hire writers to write on your site, there might be a case of plagiarism. However, this is easy to deal with. All you have to do is run a plagiarism check. You can find a lot of free tools.

I only wonder why people do some sort of things just to cheat the website that is rewarding them for true hardwork. I think that's wickedness because a site that's known for plagarism is prone to being banned for life. So of which benefits to some users that plagiarize if the website is banned?

You're very correct dear. When you write on your own and publish on your site, you'll surely write free from plagiarism. But when you give freelance writers to write for you that's where plagiarism comes in. It's always recommended to use free plagiarism check tools to combat the issues of plagiarism to avoid uploading such contents via his site.
