Employees should be given the opportunity to speak and make contributions on any major matter in the company because most times their ideas can be of great help to the company.

Treating employees with great level of respect is another way they can be fairy treated, also acknowledge their limitations and and appreciate them for their fine works.

This is not the case of many employers because they pay you little salary and wants to esclave you, even working extra hours for free or even they may think about a big insult for a very small mistake to show you that without them you do not have any salary or income.
