It's very easy to be healthy if you do all what you are supposed to do.to be healthy as an adult you have to stop smoking because it's dangerous to the health.when you inhale smoke you inhale different kinds of substance which store to the heart and after it.it also cause disease like heart disease, heart problem, kidney problem etc which is not good for the health.also one has to stop drinking alcohol.it affect the lungs and also cause fat belly.when you drink alcohol often you tend to get fat because you are consuming fats there by making you add too much weight which is not good for the health.to be healthy you have to eat lots of friuts and vegetables because they help to supply the body with essential nutrients and vitamins.also to be
Healthy you need to go for medical check-up to know the state and condition of the body.you also have to drink natural Herb's they serve as drug and they are used to cure many things.they help to reduce sugar in the body and also help to regulate the body temperature.also take honey it's good for the body too.take ginger and garlic for a healthy and better Life.

Naturally people are always advised to live on natural fruit and vegetables because that is what is needed to maintain the normal body functioning. , It will prevent the development of cancer in the body and also slow down the aging process, another important thing we need to put into consideration is that we have to avoid so much exposure to dangerous ultra Violet Ray, this can be emitted from mobile phone and sometimes it can also be emitted from other substances. This can lead to dangerous effect most especially on the brain and other vital organs in the body and may also lead to their failures.

To healthy in life one need to take proper care of ones health and be eating good food, doing exercise almost all the time and make sure that balance diet is intact .
If all these is well considered then one will look good and healthier .
To be looking healthier; one should always take care of his or her body.
