We can easily confirm if somebody is allergic to a particular food. This can only be confirmed if somebody is complaining of stomach pains or body rashes and body temperature. It is very good to notice the symptoms that the food is allergic after eating it, so that it will be able to go away from that foods.
The allergy food is the foods that is not compatible with the stomach and body system at the same time. For instance somebody can eat honey, immediately he eat,he would complaining of stomach ache and high blood temperature.this make them to visit nutritionalist to confirm which food they are going to be eating , inorder not to Cause more problem to their body system.
