There are a lot of topic on these forums that talk about weight loss and how we can go about it ,some topic teaches about how you can use the artificial method to lose your weight but I won't advise people on this.there are the natural method that can be used such as regular exercise and getting rid of some of the food that causes fatness

The most effective method of losing weight is by doing exercise regularly because exercise burns fat and we should also avoid foods with high calories it can also lead to weight gain and also make sure to fruits in the morning and also drink water first thing in the morning

To loose weight one has to drink enough water one has to be hydrated.also you have to eat good food.also don't eat too much and eat slowly.eat food that is Rich in balance diet and food that has all the essential nutrients and vitamins.also do a lot of exercise like walking, swimming, skipping,and other exercise that are good for the body.
