In a business environment or organisation field with employees and employers, there could possibly be a time where they need for joint collaboration of each business personnels may arise possibly in the time of formulating business goals and objectives, and in times of achieving them, or possibly in the time when dealing and resolving business problems and issues. During events, like this both employers and employees usually give their own perspective, views, or opinions, suggestions, and ideas concerning the topic on ground. Whatever decision they choose to finalize as overall it is always the duty of the business employer or the business superior to make that known and proclaimed to all business personnels. The business manager or employer she take his or her time wisely and review each views and opinions given by each employer based on the topic or situation on ground.

He or she also has to reshuffle and interpret what each decision and opinions made by each business personnel absolutely mean. In conclusion, according to research and studies a business employer or manager is supposed to take decisions and opinions backed up by reasons. Decisions and opinions without reasons should be ignored but rather those with reasons on why they should be so and not so should be considered wisely and important. Literally that is how business meetings are held.
