It is popularly said that no man is an island, and of course a business owner of business manager who always solely make right business judgment might at times make wrong business judgment and that is because he or she is not a perfect person and so from time to time decisions may not be from the right frame of mind or view. In a business organization consisting of employers and employees or superiors and subordinates, each individuals have rules and responsibilities to play in connection to achievement of organizational goals and objectives but whether you are a superior or subordinate in a business organization you of course have a duty to play in the general decision making of the organization because this alone affects the business ability to last long and to move forward.

Business superiors and employers should always allow their employees and subordinates express themselves especially in the making of business decisions. Employees are usually those most close to The fragile areas of a business and so when making decisions as a superior it is expected that you consult them.
