In recent years, the importance of proper ventilation has been brought to light. Many factory workers have been diagnosed with various respiratory complications as a result of improper ventilation practices. When factories are properly ventilated, workers can avoid these respiratory issues and feel healthier and happier in their jobs.

In any industry, it's vital that you take proper safety precautions to avoid the risk of injury.

In the construction field and Bakeryfor example, it's crucial that you have proper ventilation.

Construction workers are exposed to a number of different hazards in the course of their work. Many of these hazards can be minimized or even eliminated through appropriate safety equipment and systems. Ventilation is one of these crucial components.

Ventilation is the A/C ducts and fans that help control temperature and air quality in a building by bringing in fresh air and expelling contaminated air. Poor ventilation can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning or other types of airborne illnesses.

Unfortunately, many construction workers don't realize that they need to take proper precautions when working with these types of systems:

-A lot of construction workers don't use the correct type of masks when working in areas with poor ventilation

-A lot of them also don't understand how ventilation systems work, which leads to a lot of mistakes on their part

Employers should stop looking at the fact that ventilation systems are costly, they should look at the cost and time of hiring new workers, the effect it will have on their production. If they don't care about that, at least they should care about human lives, it matters, these workers too have families that need them to survive.

This reminds me of the report of factory workers with lung ailments. The factory produces asbestos which has a bad effect on the lungs. The factory is enclosed so the dust would not scatter in the area which may cause complaints from the residents. The bad effect of the factory having no ventilation is the sickness that occurred to some workers. In factories now, the health and sanitation inspector would check on the ventilation as part of the list for inspection. When there is no ventilation the factory can be closed for a period until the issue is settled. I guess the ventilation is not only for the factory but also for the home and other enclosed places like schools and offices. Think of a stadium with no ventilation. In this pandemic era the covid virus can easily spread to the people in there.
