The makeup of a company's departments can have a significant impact on the company as a whole. It is important for each department to have its own unique role and responsibilities. This will allow for greater efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. If a department does not have its own unique responsibilities, there is a good chance that it will overlap with other departments and become overly complicated. This can lead to confusion among employees as well as unnecessary expenses for the company.
