The answer to this question is simply "No." Marketers who jump from one agency to another are known as "job hoppers." Job hoppers are not respected in the industry. They don't have the loyalty that you want from your employees and they don't stay long enough at an agency to really make a difference. In fact, you may even find that because of their lack of commitment, they end up taking credit for work done by other people. This can damage your reputation as an employer and make it difficult for you to attract good talent.
If you're looking for a way to advance your career, be sure to focus on building relationships with your coworkers and clients; doing good work; learning all that you can about the industry; and taking on new responsibilities within your current organization. These things will help you build a strong foundation upon which you can build your career.
