Before the pandemic era the Karaoke bar was always a best-seller especially to the foreigners here. But my suggested business is not a bar that focuses on the alcoholic drinks. This is a Karaoke Restaurant where people will be dining in with a karaoke machine in the function room. I have seen some karaoke restaurants here and they are having many customers particularly at dinner time. The customers can linger after dinner if they would continue ordering beer which is the only alcoholic drink that is served. The capital requirement is quite huge because you need a big space for at least 4 function rooms and 1 big hall for the open customers who can use the karaoke machine.
