No matter what type of business that you are running presently on in the past there is absolutely some secrets and information about your business that you will not like unauthorised individual and individuals who do not belong to your business to have access to this is basically what are known as business secrets and it is very important that we keep our business secret very confidential because if we do not and they get into the wrong hands or to the east of the wrong individuals our business plans and intention could negatively be manipulated and rather than having good incentives from our business plans and intentions we begin to have negative impactations and repercussions to our business which absolutely could distract the peace and free flow of business activities and dealings in our business organisation .

Even as an employee you have the foolish my duty of keeping your employers business secrets confidentially you must not let your employer's business secret get to the wrong hands because doing so simply means that you do not have the interest of your employer and that of his or her business in mind and heart and you must also be aware that if anything happened to your employers and his business , it will totally affects you as the employee or worker , and you could totally and automatically become jobless .

They can also consider hiring, people they know you might want to hire.
They could duplicate your efficiency and compete with you more effectively.

It’s hard to protect your secrets if you haven’t identified them. When you identify them make sure to keep some precautions to avoid leaking them out.
Documents that contain or reflect trade secret information should be labeled "confidential." Limit copies and circulation of these documents and, when necessary, number copies and require the documents be checked in and out.


Taking responsible actions can not only help prevent trade secrets from falling into the wrong hands, but should a trade secret ever be misappropriated, a court of law may be more sympathetic to your case. You can take it to court if you have the ability and finance for it.

Something that is called a secret should be kept confidential and the inability to keep a secret confidentially usually bring unauthorised access and uncalled negative circumstances or repercussions especially in a business organisation . Whether you like it or not , every business organisation whether established in large-scale or small-scale actually has a business secret that it doesn't want members of the public or unauthorised individual to know and some of these unauthorised individuals include business competitors and business rivals . It is so sad and not congratulated to see that majority of business owners have fell in keeping their business security confidentially and this has lead to some negative repercussions in their business intentions and actions being manipulated by unauthorised users which possibly include business rivals and business competitors .

It is 100% advised that when employing an employee you should make sure to tell him or her that business secrets only exist with an authorised individual and not an authorised individual . That is why some of the popular companies that we know today , for them to include such prestigious title it probably could be as a result of individuals within it keeping the business secrets that makes them to aspire confidentially .
