We live in a materialistic world where people focusing so much on how much money you have, or what kind or cars you have and drive, also the nature of clothes you wear and all that. But careful analysis shows that those are not the things that really matter as you cannot enjoy them if you do not have a good state of health.

A lot of individuals are out there who have got so much money, but they themselves are not enjoying it as they are always moving from one hospital to the other seeking healing from their illness.

A sense of gratitude is what brings peace of mind as continuously focusing on money alone would never guarantee a fulfilling life that we all may be craving for.

Some argue that once you have got a lot of money, you do not need to bother about good health because being wealthy would mean you being able to afford quality food and also have top not health care delivery that would enable you to detect an abnormal situation and treat in good time before it worsens.

This is a very controversial topic, band I would like us to share what we think.

Personally I believe, having a good state of health is more than anything else.
What do you think.

Good health is very important to an individual. Money also is. Both of them are important in their own ways.
Good health is very important because with all the money a person may have or even spend in treatment, the person cannot enjoy that money. This is why even in our daily search for money, one should be able to have time for rest and take care of his or her health.
Health is wealth indeed because a person in good health will be ready and fit to work and will be very productive but if the person is sick, the demands of work cannot be met.
On the other hand, money is important for survival.lack of money can cause a person to develop health challenges due to over thinking. There are some health challenges that can be managed and of course money is needed for that to be possible. Some other health issues can be treated effectively with the help of enough money.
Money and good health are important and they depend on one another to function in a way; good health is required for an individual to be able to make money and money is essential to promote the health.

I completely agree that money and good health have to be differentiated in their own way. Both of them are extremely important especially now when the cost of everything is inflated. At the same time someone, even in the pursuit of more money to provide for themselves, a person should not avoid doing things that can promote good health, such as doing some kind of physical exercise on a regular basis even if it's walking at their local park. In my opinion there has to be an effective balance with money which can have great benefits to supporting good health.

It is not true at all that you have to be rich in order to be healthy. Yes, the wealth can buy you better medical services and food. But some health issues cannot be reversed by money. For example, having a cancer that is already in advanced stages cannot be treated.

Your health should be your first priority above all materials. Therefore, the process of earning money should not hinder your health priorities. You need to still do everything that improves your health, such as;
1. Eating healthy food.
2. Taking rests that includes quality sleep.
3. Doing physical workouts.
4. Going for regular check ups.

Working hard to gain wealth is not wrong at all. But it should be done intentionally and with so much care that you don't end up regretting after gaining your wealth. If an earning process hinders your health, then you better leave it and try other better things.
