When a business manager or company director behave or act positively, it definitely boost his or her capability and ability to remain as the company's manager or director, however there are some possible grounds in which a business manager may be disqualified from serving as a manager or director in a business organisation or company. These possible grounds include:

* When he or she engages in fraud: when a company's director or business manager engaged in fraudulent activities, that can totally kills his or her reputation as being transparent, sincere, and honest. However in a business organisation or company where the appointment of business managers and company's directors are done via election or apportionment, he or she can be voted out or maybe orally disqualified via the board meeting.

* Incompetence in performing expected roles and duties: according to company and business law, a business manager or company's director is liable to be disqualified if he or she is incompetent in performing his or her roles and duties as the business manager or company's director after 2 months of being elected or appointed.

* If he or she becomes insane/unsound minded: this simply means that when a business manager or company's director all of a sudden loses his or her sense, in other words become mad, and is clarified by a legal or health partitioner, he or she is no longer useful to the business organisation, and can definitely be disqualified.

However the resignation letter must be attested and recognised in the next board meeting of the business organisation or company, so that plans for re-election and re-apportionment of the succeeding business manager or director can be done.

This qualification of business managers and companies directors is something universally done in a business organisation or company. However this is obviously done when the business manager or company director does not abide to the rules and regulation of the business organisation and so during board meetings there was always a course to disqualify and to disappoint such all qualified business director for company manager. However when the business manager of company directors engages in any fraudulent activities which involves stealing from the business revenue to enrich him or herself. Such attitude can earn him or her disqualification.

Second of all when the business director or company manager shows an attitude of incompetence in performance. The board meeting and definitely disqualified search incompetent business director and possibly reelect or we appoint another who is capable and also experience in all business administrative and company directing activities. Finally when the business director of company managers becomes an unsound minded individual he or she can be immediately disqualified.

Advice and instructions from business directors and business managers is definitely the reason why a particular business organisation or company is being managed however when a business manager or a business director fails to perform his or her duty as expected or planned during the initial prospect of electing the business director or manager he or she stands to be disqualified. Is qualification simply means that he or she can be disappointed so that another individual can possibly be re-elected to take over the position of the business director or the manager.

A business manager stands to be disqualified if he or she engages in any fraudulent activities that involve the losses of the company's or business assets and properties. He or she can also be disqualified from carrying out business activities and business directives if he or she applies in writing of a resignation letter.

Business is something that requires a good and adequate management, it is important to take into consideration who should take care of your business.

Business managers are essential to help control the outgoing and incoming commodities, a good business manager must ensure that the business he's controlling is moving smoothly.

When any business is not functioning well, the manager is always blamed which means the manager must do his or her best in promoting the business, but when the business is falling the manager must be fired

Disqualifying a director can feel like walking a tightrope – one wrong move and the whole thing could come crashing down. While there are obvious reasons like fraud or negligence, sometimes the gray areas get tricky.

Imagine a director with a history of bad decisions, but none that are technically disqualifying. They're dragging the company down, but they haven't broken any hard rules. That's where experience comes in – knowing when to throw in the towel and call in the "director disqualification lawyers," so to speak.

In my opinion, a good business manager should have a nose for trouble, a keen eye for long-term impact, and the courage to make tough calls. Even if it means ruffling feathers or stepping on toes.

A business manager must be known for his or her industrious and risks taking ability in engaging in any business opportunity and being able to exploit various business resources so that efficient goals and objectives can be accomplished and also better business proceeds being realized. On the other hand business managers can be qualified when they show business bad habits and behaviors that totally stain the profession of business management. When a business owner engage in fraudulent activity he or she should be disqualified. When he or she engages in any form of bribe so as to do something he or she should have not done, that definitely counts for disqualification.
