Potato plays an important role in increasing your body weight. When you eat potato fried in oil, it makes you fat. The large amount of carbohydrate present in potato makes the body bloated. Potatoes also contain fiber and vitamin C.

They also make you fat. That is why carbohydrate foods are given less in weight loss diet, of which potato is the first number. Arthritis patients are advised to avoid potatoes. The starch and carbohydrates in potatoes are not good for their health.

This increases the pain of arthritis. That is why a person suffering from arthritis should avoid potato. Deep fried and baked potatoes are more harmful. Consuming more quantity of potato for a longer time increases the amount of glucose in your body.

This is so great to know. I have always known that fried potatoes are really not good for your health. First the fats alone are so detrimental for the heart. Then the potatoes also make you gain weight in an unhealthy way. I just did not know that potatoes are not good for people with athritis. It is great to know this.

Potato is one of the food that contains a high amount of sugar and sometimes doctors do not advise us to eat fry potato because it can increase our weight loss just like he is just mention .then its can also lead to some health challenges. You also have to do your own personal research about a danger of fried food.
