When it comes to getting a job at any place, we are supposed to hold a degree which is quite relevant to the job we are applying for. The same can be said about applying for a job at any hotel. The hotel industry was flourishing a lot before the pandemic before travel and tourism was on the rise. After the pandemic, this business has collapsed a lot and many hotel owners are suffering from this kind of major crash. Since there are many travelling restricitions in many countries due to the pandemic and people have stopped travelling due to this reason, do you think that it would be wise to pursue a hotel management course in order to get a job at any hotel?

The HRM course was very popular early in this millennium. Hotel and Restaurant management students are flocking to hotels and restaurants for their on-the-job training before graduation. My cousin was one of them. She was able to get a job in a small hotel and she stayed there until she retired early this year. In this pandemic the hotel and restaurant industries are bombed out.
