It is totally necessary for job interviews to be conducted when employees are being recruited or being hired into a business organisation and the reason is because with the use of job interviews the performance and ability to deliver of employees are consequently understood and ascertained. During job interviews, the job applicant or jobseeker's is to give his or her curriculum vitae CV for examination by the job employer or manager. It is necessary that job employers and managers do not only dwell, or do not assume the qualification and experience attitude of a particular job applicants based on what is being interpreted or speculated in his or her CV document. They need to look pass a job applicant CV, by asking him or her practical questions requesting practical answers, in other to test his or her physical, knowledge, creative, and intellectual capacity.

Employers will always want to recruit and offers interviews to would be workers to ascertain that they are the right candidate for the job. No body will love to employ a worker that's not right for a position in their workplace or company. The only good method that will make the employer know that a candidate is befitting for a position is through interview.
With interview a candidate is able to know the mind of the employer. The employer will inturn gets to know more about the employees. There will be a greater interaction between the employee and the employer.

It is through the interaction of the interview that the employer would be opportune to physically meet with the employer and same with the employees. This will create room for more interaction that will lead to the employer know the candidate more to take informed decision at the end of the day
