This implies eighteen million people in different parts of the planet, but mainly in developing countries. When we celebrate Cardiology Day, we should help ourselves to live healthy and with a happy heart. So you should avoid consuming certain foods.

The engine that controls the body is the heart. If anything is wrong with engine, then issues may start to rise up. We are literally the food we eat or consume. If you engage in consuming unhealthy foods it will eventually affects the heart. Too much of red meat or fatty foods will affect the affect the heart, if care is not taken!
