Repercussion that is likely to happen if you lie to your customers and clients.

A good reputation towards a particular business is absolutely very good for a particular business to prosper and flourish , and achieving a good business reputation for your business is definitely not achieved by lying and misinforming your customers and client in anyway possibly about a particular goods or commodity so that you could be able to sell or render it to them . I have always emphasized how bad it is for a business owner to lie to his customers and clients because lying to your customers and clients simply prove that you do not have their interest in your heart and you just wish for only the money they give you rather than making sure that they feel comfortable and satisfied with your business services or commodity that you sell or render .

It is advised to take your time and inform your various customers and clients about what a particular goods or commodity does or what a particular service can actually impact them . In this way is totally proves that you care about the interest and not only their money . Business reputations of majority of business today have been hindered and obstructed as a result of engaging in fraudulent and scamming ways of making sure that they sell or render their business goods and services to customers and clients . This is totally unacceptable and unwholesome .

I have always explained and emphasized in some of my thread and comment posted earlier how important it is that a business owner restrain himself from lying to his customers and clients . It is absolutely true just like you said that when a business owner lies to his customers and clients it simply shows that he or she does not have their interests in his mind but rather only focused on their income as a result of selling or renting a particular service to them which possibly will not be of high quality or possibly be fake . Lying to your customers and clients definitely put your business at risk of losing its good reputation and view in which members of the public usually have towards your business .

Basically what I am trying to say is that if the members of the public surrounding your business environment usually knows your business as a profitable and lucrative one that have greatly impact them , and so you been the business owner of such business organisation going your way to lie to them about a particular goods or services so that you can just sell it to them and get paid for yourselves is totally on wholesome and unreasonable .

If you lie to your customers and clients, there are some serious repercussions that you should be aware of. First of all, it's bad for your business. You're lying to your customers so they can trust you, but if they find out that their trust was misplaced, they'll be less likely to come back and buy from you again. The more people who distrust you as a business owner, the less money you make.

Secondly, it's bad for society as a whole. If people start lying more often in general, then it becomes harder for everyone to trust anyone and that makes it harder for us all to live together peacefully. Thirdly, it's bad for yourself personally. You may think that lying will help you get what you want right now but in the long run, lying just creates more problems than it solves. If you want to build strong relationships with others and enjoy life more fully, then don't lie.

No matter What May happen , as someone who is operating a business you should try as much as possible to be honest with your client . This is very important for the progress of your business and a situation in which you lie to your client may indicate that you are not serious about your business . Immediately people understand that you are not trusted , they will definitely look elsewhere for any other organisation to get the same products which they believe are trusted and are willing to deal truthfully with them.

I have seen so many business owners making this mistake because they just want to satisfy their customers , but this is not the best way of customer satisfaction. No matter how smart you maybe as a business owner , as long as you are not dealing truthfully with people it will definitely have a negative impact on your business.
