From all the stages of situation and events that goes on inside an individual's life , the stage of event or situation where an individual searches for job in order to earn a living and to be able to fend for himself independently is one of the occasion or situation that should be taken seriously that individual . In most developing country in west Africa like Nigeria to be precise job opportunities are in few and only lucky and fortunate people are the ones that have been employed to take over a job opportunity office , and so to be among the fortunate and lucky ones the individual must take his job hunt seriously .

Majority of university graduates that are roaming the streets looking for jobs in different private and governmental firms and companies are more likely to get rejected for not putting some important factors about the external and internal belongings into proper considerations . Majority of business employers and managers are becoming wise these days , and in most cases they do not only dwell on a job applicant CV rather they go beyond to examine and check the individuals or job applicants dressing code and grooming . A job applicants with good and commendable CV reports and credentials is more likely to be rejected from a particular job opportunity simply because his dress code and grooming do not look professional or commendable . It is important that job applicants know that they must dress and groom themselves to impress the employer . They must dress responsibly and professionally with the right clothings not revealing any part of their private or sexualize body areas . Also their grooming shouldn't look shabbishly the job applicants hair and breads should be well trimed , cutted , or plaited . Putting your grooming and dressing code into proper consideration , will indirectly tell the business employer that you are serious , motivated , and poised towards the act of working as a industrious and hard-working employee , and so the job or employment opportunity should be yours .
 
Well, an applicant can be rejected an employer for various reasons now and this is why sometimes it is good to call and find out why you were rejected, I don't think it's a bar idea to find out. it will help you to know where you had defaulted to work on it or adjust if that is what is needed.

Unless the vacancy was just for one person and the best fit was taken , any other reasons need to be known so that the employee affected can improve upon it. Candidates can be rejected due to lack of skills, absolute knowledge for the job, lack of experience, not mentally fit for the job or doesn't the level of confidence the job needs.

Some people graduate from school very shy but they forget that the era we are now now needs workers that are socially fit because you might just be meeting people alot. So candidates just need to work on themselves as they are seeking for jobs.

Many people might believe that qualifications are not at all important and all you need to do is possess skills. However, This is not true. Qualification plays a huge role when it comes to getting the job.
