Vegetables contains low calories so instead of consuming high calories food will be able to control your calorie intake which prevent you from having a collection in the body that will cause obesity or overweight and also eating a diet rich in vegetables will help you to reduce the risk of heart disease including heart stroke and attack because of all the nutrients that it's possess all these nutrients as a long way that goes to the health with help you to live long and have a healthy life.
It's in a diet that is rich in vegetables will help to protect you against some certain types of cancer and it will also help to increase your intake of fibre and potassium which these nutrients are very important nutrients because the hair to keep us healthy and also maintain our weight and by eating vegetables regularly it will help him to reduce your blood pressure and also reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and the higher the daily intake of vegetables that is how you lower the risk of reducing diseases in the body and also I will be able to live a healthy life because of all the nutrient that it provide to the body

Eating vegetables give you more blood and vitamins in the body consuming vegetable atleast 3 times in a week we make you recover blood lost even in the hospital they will tell you to eat more vegetables
