Emotional intelligence is really important in effective leadership. Leaders who are emotionally intelligent can manage their emotions and those of their team members effectively, which results in improved communication, collaboration, and performance. The following are some ways in which emotional intelligence can benefit leadership:
1. Empathy: Leaders with high emotional intelligence understand the feelings of their employees or team members. This helps them to improve relationships, eliminate conflicts and make a working place more constructive.
