Tomato in Vegetables

There are certain things in vegetables whose roll is very important in any item you make to eat. Just as onion is used along with every vegetable, in the same way tomato is also a thing that is added to all vegetables.

Vegetables seem incomplete without the addition of tomatoes. In such a situation, many people like to eat tomato salad too. Tomatoes provide many benefits to the body. Tomatoes are found with sufficient amounts of vitamin C, lycopene, vitamin, potassium.

But, do you know that there are disadvantages as well as benefits in eating tomatoes? There are disadvantages if you overeat tomatoes. Many research has revealed that eating too much tomatoes can cause kidney stones in the body, which can be very annoying.

Tomato also is a vegetable of some sort because it is also rich with all the natural minerals that is needed for the body, I can cook a lot of vegetable without engaging tomatoes with it and can still be nutritious. it is not really a must that we have to put them , but just like you said it is incomplete without putting tomatoes to vegetable.
