Losing weight can be done by engaging in exercise daily and also healthy diet like food that does not contain high calories as it can lead to obesity and we should consume foods that are high in fiber as they help to lose weight and as long as we do all this we can lose weight

Way to lose weight quick you can easily lose weight by drinking lemon in the morning everyday you can buy lemon and peel then squeeze it and leave it in the fridge for like 3 days before taking it then you will see the results

To loose weight don't eat food that are rich in calories and always try to do a lot of exercise it helps to loose weight.alsk don't consume junks they are not good for the body and they add weight to the body also regulate the way you eat and consume a lot of friuts
